We have a number of classes take place across Diverse Fitness, Anytime Fitness, and outdoor locations, giving you the flexibility to train in an environment that suits you while keeping your routine fresh and engaging.

Whether you’re new to exercise or ready to push your fitness further, group training offers the perfect balance of guidance, accountability, and community — all while delivering real results.

Abs & Stretch

Every Monday (18:50pm-19:20pm)

Diverse Fitness

Looking to improve your core strength or tone your mid-section then this is the class for you. Following your abdominals workout a great stretch to improve flexibility and prevent/improve aches and pains. 

Free for Diverse Fitness members. £9 for non-members.

Every Wednesday (09:15am-10:00am)

Anytime Fitness Fleet

This class is designed to help you get fitter, stronger, and more confident in the gym. Using a mix of resistance equipment, functional movements, and cardiovascular training, each session keeps your heart rate elevated while developing real, usable strength.

Sweat & Shred

Every Friday (06:50am-07:20am)

Diverse Fitness

A class that focuses on resistance training using free weights and body weight. We look to build strength and confidence lifting weights with short bursts of cardio and short recovery times.

*Free for Diverse Fitness members. £9 for non-Diverse Members.

Cricket Fitness

Hartley Wintney Cricket Club

Coming in the spring of 2026, these sessions combine cricket skills with specific strength and fitness exercises to help improve your game.

Perfect for current cricketers as well as complete beginners looking to get into the game!
