Hi, I’m Matt,

 

Training has been a fundamental part of my life. During my 20s, I worked out a process that ensured I could achieve my health and fitness goals whilst living my life to the max; not compromising one for the other. 

 

I’m passionate about helping others do the same, no matter what stage of life they are at and what is most important to them.

What's your go-to workout?

It depends! If I’m training on my own I like to train back as I can go heavy without needing any help. If training with a mate, it’s definitely chest so I can go push high weights on the bench press!

What's your least favourite workout?

Definitely legs! I don’t think I am on my own when I say it is the toughest session of the week!ess!

What's the best gym you have ever trained at?

100% the Dedicated in Liverpool! They have the largest dumbbell rack in the world and it’s generally insane! If there’s a better gym out there I’d love to know what it is!

What's your favourite meal?

I feel like it varies quite a bit but more often than not it’s a chicken curry - probably saag!
