I initially started training to look better; however, as challenges in my life arose, I noticed that it helped me to deal with them, supporting my mental health and productivity on a daily basis.
I’m here to help you do the same; experience all the positive aspects that training brings to help you live a better life.
What's your go-to workout?
I love training chest just because it is my strongest area and it is where I have developed the most.
What's your least favourite workout?
It has to be a cardio session on the stairmaster - it’s always a challenge! However, it’s always worth it afterwards - the results show!
What's the best gym you have ever trained at?
I like to train at Pure Gym; it’s 24hrs so I know I can always get a session in no matter how busy I am.
What's your favourite meal?
I would say fried chicken with spicy sauce! I love spicy food - the fact that my favourite foods are protein-based and help me hit my daily goal is a bonus!
