Starting with an intial consultation and goal discovery, we create a personalised 1-2-1 training plan designed specifically for you.

1-to-1 Personal Training Sessions
1-to-1 sessions with a coach (typically 45mins-1hr long). Prices vary on the plan that is right for you and the number of sessions you require.

Weekly Check-Ins
Either done through a video reply based on the previous week's progress or via a video call.

Access to Our Community
Join our community of like-minded people wanting to improve themselves through our WhatsApp group.

Access to Our Supporting Resources
Feel comfortable in every exercise and nutrition best practices through our additional video and PDF resources available in your own folder created in Google Drive.

Diet Guidance
Guidance on calorie and macro goals through your training programme and access via our channels.

Accountability
Regular messages and reminders at important parts of the week to ensure you tick off your mini goals.

Fitness Testing
If required (based on information from the initial consultation and goals).
