Hi, I'm Matt

I am a certified personal trainer, Level 2 qualified cricket coach, and one of the founders of Your Personal Trainers.

​

Keeping fit and playing sport have been central parts of my life for as long as I can remember. These hobbies have grown into more of a passion over the years, having more recently reached their natural progression as a brand and a service in the form of Your Personal Trainers. 

​

I play cricket for Hartley Wintney 1st team as a top-order batsman. I have also had experience playing in other parts of the country, including the North West as well as a season in Australia in 2017-2018.

​

My journey to becoming a coach has largely formed through a hectic period during my 20s, where I struggled to work out what I really wanted to do. Through this difficulty, one thing remained constant: I was always consistent in my health and fitness - regardless of what I was doing, I was always showing up.​

 

Having developed a process that enabled me to stay consistent and have seen the benefits of it, I have reached a point where I have accumulated enough knowledge and experience to put this together to help other people do the same. This is where our message 'Train with Purpose. Live Life.' comes from.

I'm extremely passionate about helping people and take massive pleasure in helping people succeed.

Hi, I'm Haaroon

I am a certified personal trainer and one of the founders of Your Personal Trainers.

 

help people transform their lives through fitness by providing a simple, sustainable, and realistic approach. As a certified personal trainer, I specialise in lean muscle gain and fat reduction, particularly for those with busy lifestyles. With nearly a decade of personal experience, I use only proven, science-based methods, not "bro-science," to help you achieve your goals.

My training is highly personalised because I believe a "one-size-fits-all" approach doesn't work. I've found that fitness not only helps with physical appearance but also significantly improves mental health and daily productivity. I'm passionate about sharing the countless benefits of fitness to help you rise to any challenge and enjoy a healthier life.

I have been both really skinny and overweight. I have countless client transformations, including my own. I prove to you it works and you will see results!

Hi, I'm James

I am a qualified cricket coach with 18 years’ playing experience as a seam bowler for Hartley Wintney CC.

 

I’m currently coaching U15s, and hold a First degree in Sports Science with additional qualifications in sports massage and injury treatment.

 

Approachable, competitive, and knowledgeable, I’m passionate about helping players improve their performance and enjoy the game.
